Happy Earth Day everyone! I wish I had an outdoor post to share with you, but I am currently in an epic battle with two bush stumps in my yard... and it is not going well. To celebrate Earth Day 2013 I will be spending as much time as possible today working out in the front yard and I think we might finally be buying a lawn mower! Huzzah!
Like, really REALLY don't like that school. Really.
Hopefully I didn't offend anyone.
If I did, oh well, I'm just being honest. And I totally won't care if you say you don't like Cal State Fullerton. Or UCLA. That's completely your choice. I mean, you'd be crazy, but that's your choice.
;)
I bring this up just to prove to you how much I love my friend that is having a baby next month, the same friend I mentioned {here}; she and her husband love USC.
Probably about as much as I dislike it. Which, did I mention is a lot?
I used Cami to cut out a USC Trojan silhouette, then applied that to grey felt, stitched that onto white felt, then stitched that onto a onesie I dyed red; I'm sorry, I mean cardinal. A simple pair of grey leg warmers completes the game day outfit. I also made her a pink California silhouette onesie with a pair of multi-colored striped leg warmers.
I really hope she likes it because for some reason I encountered a lot of problems in the process. Dying it red, applying the heat transfer, sewing the applique on... nothing was going my way.
Which I pretty much saw as the universe's way of telling me how much USC sucks.
