I hope you all had a fantastic Valentine's Day yesterday! Please excuse me for taking a break from my month of yummy goodies to share some very exciting news with my awesome readers and fellow diy-ers...

We closed on our first home this week! I wouldn't really call it a fixer-upper, but it is almost as old as I am and needs a LOT of cosmetic updates. I am so excited in the coming months (and even coming years, I'm sure) to share the prettifying of all 1,690 square feet inside and .33 acre outside. :)
