A little money spent at Dollar Tree and some black spray paint (well, and some ORB because I was running out of black :) ) and you've got a spooky Halloween village. I wish I could take credit for this awesome and inexpensive Halloween decoration, but I can't. The credit goes to Desiree over at The 36th Avenue whom I discovered via the wonderful world of Pinterest. :)
